Meet Chai Araru
Chai’s been a Business Analyst at CAA for almost two years now and is an essential part of our team.
Chai's job involves solving IT and process challenges, working with different business units, and collaborating with vendors. But the best part of his job is helping people by understanding their challenges and finding solutions that make their day easier.
Now, Chai may love his work, but he does worry about the winter weather and adjusting to the Canadian culture. And who can blame him? It can be tough moving to a new country! But if you're thinking about joining the CAA team or any other organization, Chai suggests taking the time to learn and understand the professional work culture there first.

Chai comes from a southern part of India and has a background in software engineering and sales. Before joining the CAA team, he worked as a technical support specialist at Xplornet, where he built a team of 20 people while working for a company that provides ID consulting solutions.
One thing that surprised Chai about CAA was that he thought it was just a towing company. But he quickly learned that CAA is much more than that! His job is challenging but fun, and he gets to work with Craig, Conor, and Jen on discussing the pressing challenges and finding solutions to fix them.
