MEET NICOLE
Nicole’s been with us for five years and loves helping people. Her favourite part of the job is being there to assist someone who's been in an accident or stranded on the side of the road. Plus, being a mom totally helps when it comes to calming people down and keeping things light during stressful situations.
When she's not working hard, she's raising her kiddos and worrying about the state of the world.
But if you're thinking about joining the CAA team, Nicole's advice is to always do your best and ask for help when you need it. And here's a fun fact - she didn't realize the call center was in Saint John and thought it was all the way over in Halifax!
Nicole's job may come with its fair share of stress, but she's got the skills and experience to handle anything that comes her way. She's just one of the many amazing people here at CAA who are dedicated to helping our members.
